Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website (“the Site”). We value the intellectual property rights of others just as we expect them to respect ours. As per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their representative can submit a notice to us if they believe their copyright has been infringed upon.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and providing enough information for us to locate it.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party including name, address, email, phone number, and fax number.
  5. A statement that the complaining party believes the use of the material is unauthorized.
  6. A statement that the information provided is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), those who knowingly misrepresent information in their infringement claim can face civil penalties. Takedown notices should be sent via email for prompt attention.

By submitting a claim, you agree that your information may be shared with the alleged infringer. If you receive a takedown notice, you can submit a counter notification to have the material restored, following specific guidelines.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against copyright infringement and take necessary actions against repeat offenders as per the DMCA requirements. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
